Atlassian is an Australian software company that develops products for software developers, project managers and other software development teams. Millions of users globally rely on Atlassian products every day for improving software development, project management, collaboration, and code quality.
Atlassian's umbrella of products include Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, OpsGenie, Statuspage, Compass and more.
Atlassian comprises of a huge range of teams all with their own unique set of skills, values and goals. The aim of these team logos were to give them an identity within the company and have something to represent them on a range of digital communications, as well as printed merchandise such as apparel.
Elements from Atlassian's existing asset library were used in conjunction with custom designed elements to create Atlassian's team logos and emblems. Some teams also required a custom created 'mascot' to really give some character to who they are.
Atlassian's Tech teams work with the entire suite of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, OpsGenie, Statuspage, Compass, etc) and have to work their magic through everything they do to connect it all together. The echidna mascot was created to accompany the logo, and importantly remains in line with Atlassian's other mascots, such as Trello's 'Taco' dog.
Atlassian is noisy and complex. The P&P team help by discerning signals from noise, seeing connections, and driving for clarity. P&P provides a system of capabilities that creates some serenity within the chaos. This system includes program monitoring and delivery, diagnosis and 'pattern-spotting', strategy, and tooling and techniques, all informed by a growing library of insights generated from the experience that P&P has working with various teams. Altogether, this system that P&P builds helps everyone rise above the chaos.
Atlassian's Executive Support Team's focus is on creating and maintaining connections and relationships with a diverse range of individuals and sectors within the organisation, and the Executive Support team logo aims to reflect this.
